With an investment of more than $4,750,000.00, the pantries will be delivered through business chambers and local civil society organizations to benefit more than 34,000 people in both entities. In the case of Coahuila, 14 local businesses affiliated with CANACO such as tortilla shops, bakeries, grocery stores, bottling companies, pharmacies, among others, will be supported to supply 4,500 pantries benefiting 20,000 people including businesses and families in the municipalities of Piedras Negras, Nava, Allende, Morelos, Villa Unión and Zaragoza.
The delivery and acquisition of products is carried out in coordination with the entity's CANACO. For Sonora, 40 grocery stores will be supported that will supply 4,500 pantries, impacting almost 14,000 people in the municipalities of Cajeme and San Ignacio Río Muerto.
